Thirteen Trivial Things You Never Wanted To Know About Me

1. When I make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for myself, I always mix the peanut butter and jelly together in a bowl first. And, I prefer apply jelly, not grape.

2. I have no desire to go to the moon. Really.

3. I love Tom Petty, but I don't think he can sing.

4. It has never been confirmed by any diagnostic tests or anything, but I am fairly certain that I am double jointed.

5. Clowns freak me out.

6. One of my favorite lines from Forrest Gump is, "Sometimes, there just aren't enough rocks."

7. I was one of the few people who actually liked The English Patient.

8. When I was little, I wanted a steak and baked potato instead of the kid's hamburger at Western Sizzlin. I know. Weird. (Don't worry. I didn't eat all of it!)

9. I've never had a pedicure. (that I didn't do myself)

10. I have always wanted a Corvette.

11. I think every woman should know how to bait her own hook.

12. I read phone books when we are on vacation to see if there are any people in town with our family name. I don't call them. I just look it up. Oh, and I read the dictionary, too. My husband thinks I'm weird.

13. Whenever you suffer insomnia, I recommend you read this list again. :>)

An interesting list! I have also been known to look up my family name in motel phone books while traveling. My last name is very uncommon and it's pretty unusual to find it anywhere else.

Re: #11 -- absolutely!

And apple jelly instead of grape? That's an interesting thought. I bet it's good -- apples with a little peanut butter smeared on them are good, so why not? ;)

The phone book thing, yeah I do that too. And you have got to get yourself a pedicure. It is one of my favorite ways to treat myself.

That was enlightening. I also look up our name in phone books. Not necessarily something I can't wait to do but usually out of boredom while I'm waiting on the crew to get ready and stuff.
I've only had a pedicure once...but I wish I could have one every week....and a manicure....and a massage. Ahhhh!

Well, I would like to go into space, but I don't care if I get to step onto the moon. I'd rather go to the space station.

I don't eat PB& J at all, Really.

Clowns freak me out too. And nutcrackers.

I'm taking you for a pedicure the very next time I see you and if I ever win a giant cash prize, you are trading in one of those matching cars you have. :)

Nancy-
Remind me to put my nutcrackers away if you are around at Christmas.

I have clown issues, too. I mentioned that on my "100 things" which I must have been working on for a month straight; I didn't know how difficult that would be. I had to mix PB&J for one of my kids who would only eat the PB side, ... or was it the jelly side?
