I'm so glad she doesn't want anyone to feel left out.

"Mommy, I feel sorry for the juice box."

"Why?"

"No one wants a juice box anymore. Everyone wants a CapriSun. If someone has a juice box and their friends all have a CapriSun, the one with the juice box says, 'Ah, Man! I gotta juice box."

"It's Ok. There are still some kids who like the juice box. I think the preschoolers still drink them.

Wait a few years. My son just went crazy that today I bought Sunny Delight! Apparently that is really cool to a fifth grader.

Bless her heart. Yes. . .tell dear little one that my 9 year old still prefers the juice box. . .the 6 year old gets ONE juice box and ONE Capri Sun to drink with snack. I only recently began buying Capri Sun because the 6 year old gets TWO drinks in his lunch per day and juice is too expensive to dole it out two at a time.

For my kids it was Sunny D until they found out there was oil in it and now they don't want to touch the stuff. Kids are so funny.

Your daughter is adorable to be so concerned for the juice boxes fate.

Oh dear. I was always giving human attributes to inanimate objects when I was young, too. I prefer to refer to that quirk as supreme creativity. Congratulations on having an awesome daughter.
