No time to make homemade salsa?
Grab a jar of your favorite salsa or picante, add some freshly chopped cilantro and a little fresh lime juice. You won't believe how great it tastes!
For more restaurant flavor, warm your tortilla chips on a cookie sheet in a 300 oven for about 5 minutes or until hot (just keep an eye on them so they don't burn.)

Yummy! We love chips and salsa!
I bet this would taste just like the chips and salsa at Chili's -- only I'm at home and don't have to worry about my kids climbing all over the booth. ;) Thanks for the tip!
As a side note, I've been reading your blog for about a month now and I really enjoy it!
seriously... does this work??!!!
Cause I LURV homemade salsa and hate hate hate hate hate jarred salsa. So, if I could find an easy way to make it like homemade, I'm all over that like white on rice!

That is an excellent tip. I will totally do this because I usually have lime and cilantro here for something or other.
Thanks for the tip!
What a wonderful idea! I love cilantro! This would be a much healthier alternative to the typical cheese dip I make (and eat!!!)! Thank you for sharing!
